Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for completing the company's tire new product development plan;

2. Be responsible for preparing technical and process documents and inspection standards related to new tire products;

3. Provide technical guidance to the production line;

4. Be responsible for new product development and adopt new processes, new technologies and new materials to improve product quality;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in rubber and polymer materials, analysis is preferred;

2. Working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred;
